It guides participants through using Cilium to enhance connectivity, visibility, and policy enforcement using a public cloud Kubernetes distribution deployment (AWS EKS or Azure AKS) Lab 2: Runtime Security & Splunk Integration This lab demonstrates how Isovalent Runtime Security detects and responds to suspicious activity in Kubernetes environments. You will export security events to Splunk, then use Splunk’s powerful search and analytics capabilities to investigate and monitor potential threats in real time. Lab 2: Getting started with the Isovalent Load Balancer This lab walks you through deploying and configuring the Isovalent Load Balancer in a Kubernetes environment, showing how to efficiently distribute incoming traffic across backend services. You'll gain experience with scaling, traffic routing, and monitoring, all within a modern, high‑performance, Kubernetes-native architecture. Demo: Isovalent Network Bridge Uncovers how the Isovalent Network Bridge preserves network identity during workload migrations, maintaining Layer 2 and Layer 3 continuity, so you can migrate virtual machines across platforms without re‑IPing or re‑subnetting.
