The Swiss Army Knife of Cloud Native Networking
BGP, Load Balancing, and Multi-Tenancy with Cilium
Virtual
5:00PM CET | 11:00AM EST | 8:00AM PST (60 min)
About this session
Join us to explore how Cilium, powered by eBPF, enhances multi-cloud and multi-tenancy networking. In this session, we’ll dive into Cilium’s advanced features, including BGP, load balancing, LB IPAM, and network policies, and show how they deliver secure and scalable networking solutions.
Discover how Cilium enables efficient routing and connectivity between Kubernetes clusters and external networks. You’ll also learn how its load-balancing capabilities provide high availability for applications, while LB IPAM enables platform engineers to configure multi-tenant routing with multiple IP pools.
What You Will Learn
- How to set up and configure BGP with Cilium
- How Cilium adapts to different network topologies
- How Cilium connects Kubernetes clusters with external networks
- How Cilium load balancing supports highly available applications
- How LB IPAM and multiple IP pools enable multi-tenant routing
- How network policies help secure Kubernetes environments
Whether you are a Platform or Network Engineer, this session will equip you with the knowledge and tools to optimize your Kubernetes.
Can’t make it to the live session? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording.
