Regional/ Field Marketing Associate EMEA
We are looking for a Regional (Field) Marketing Associate to support the EMEA region in planning and implementing the marketing strategy. You will build, drive, plan, and implement extraordinary marketing programs, targeting prospects and existing customers, as well as contribute to the success of the sales team's pipeline goals. This role will involve daily interaction with the field sales team, requiring an understanding of the buying behavior in the market and how it maps to Isovalent's OSS model and overall go-to-market strategy. The role also requires a proven understanding of the partner ecosystem. You will be collaborating with teams across several departments while hosting and running your own programs to precision (travel would be 20%).
In this role, you will focus on:
Programs: Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness activities. Assist in sourcing suitable venues for in-person regional marketing programs and lead program coordination of campaigns within the region. Craft and complete targeted marketing programs to meet marketing goals, including but not limited to field events, account based marketing, (potential) trade-shows, KubeCon, etc. Partner and work closely with sales teams to ensure a strong marketing pipeline.
Digital: Work together with the Demand Generation team to plan and complete digital marketing campaigns to include account based marketing, webinars, and virtual programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: With Product Marketing to ensure distribution of (sometimes printed) materials such as case studies, datasheets, or giveaways to our local sales teams or whenever needed for campaigns.
Partners: Support and partner with local partner initiatives such as smaller seminars, lunch and learns, or programs.
Administrative: maintain and manage marketing calendar, monitor speaking opportunities, research/attend third-party conferences and collect information for relevant programs across the regions to determine adjustments and improvements.
Minimum 2 years in regional and/or field marketing for open source technology products.
Must be located in Europe
Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Splash, GaggleAmp and other similar programs.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English (additional European language is a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Creativity and an ability to experiment with new approaches to regional marketing for broader reach.
Adapt a dynamic environment.
Ability to be a collaborate, with the rest of the marketing team to prioritize campaigns and events and with the sales team to support the regional audience.
Flexibility to travel at least 20% within the region (based on travel restrictions).
